Parmesan-Herb Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir together mayonnaise, cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread mixture on top of chicken. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done. If desired, increase oven temperature to broil, and broil 2 to 3 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

- 1 cup frozen green beans
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper

- Cook potatoes and green beans according to package directions. Toss beans with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
