Ingredients

  • 1 (18.4-oz) roasted garlic and cracked black pepper pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup less sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook pork in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Transfer pork to a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted registers 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook onion in hot drippings in same skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until tender. Add flour to skillet; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add broth; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.
  4. Slice pork and serve with onion mixture.
