Chilled Grapes
Ingredients
- 4 low carb whole wheat tortillas
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup plain hummus
- ½ (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
- ¾ cup crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush with oil; bake 5 minutes.
- Top each tortilla with hummus, tomatoes, and cheese; bake 5 minutes or until tortillas are crisp. Sprinkle with olives and onion before serving.
