Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup
Bacon-Cheddar ToastsIngredients
- 6 cups less sodium chicken broth
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic and herb cheese
- 1 (10.75-oz) can tomato soup
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tortellini are tender.

- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (2.5-oz) pouch real bacon pieces
- ½ (14-oz) French bread, cut into ½ inch thick slices
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together cheese, mayonnaise, and bacon; spread over cut sides of bread. Place spread side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
