Blue Cheese Pork Chops
Mashed Potatoes and Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless pork chops
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, bring cream to a simmer over medium-low heat; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until beginning to thicken, stirring constantly.
- Mash blue cheese. Stir half into cream, mashing and stirring until sauce is smooth. Add Worcestershire; cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thicken enough to coat the back of a smooth.
- Remove sauce from heat; stir in remaining half of cheese. Serve sauce over pork.

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
