Simple Greek Grilled Chicken
Seasoned Potato Wedges and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
- Rub chicken with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Grill chicken, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done.

- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
