Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
  2. Rub chicken with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Grill chicken, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done.

  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
