Kung Pao Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long grain white rice
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ cups kung pao sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain; wipe skillet clean.
  3. Cook vegetables in hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce and beef; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
