Kung Pao Beef and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long grain white rice
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry vegetables
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups kung pao sauce
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain; wipe skillet clean.
- Cook vegetables in hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce and beef; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
