Peanut-Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir fry medley
- 1 (13.5-oz) bottle sesame sauce
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until well browned. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Add sesame sauce, peanut butter, and soy sauce to chicken in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in vegetables. Serve over rice.

- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ½ tsp salt
