Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) block fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg shredded cooked pork
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Add cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until blended. Remove from heat, and stir in shredded cheese, barbeuce sauce, and pork.
  2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon, tomatoes, and green onion. Serve with chips.
