Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1 (22-oz) pkg fully cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
  • 1½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup honey mustard dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of crescent roll dough onto a large cutting board. Arrange cheese, ham, and chicken on dough; sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Roll up dough, jellyroll style, beginning with one long side, pressing edges to seal.
  2. Using a serrated knife, cut dough into 12 slices. Place slices, cut sides down, in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with honey-mustard dressing.

  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
  • ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
