Parmesan-Panko-Crusted Chicken
Creamy Pasta and Lemon-Pepper Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic salt in a bowl.
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Arrange chicken on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Brush mayonnaise mixture over chicken; sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 2 (4.8-oz) boxes angel hair pasta with herbs
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with seasoning and butter.
