Parmesan-Panko-Crusted Chicken

Creamy Pasta and Lemon-Pepper Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Arrange chicken on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Brush mayonnaise mixture over chicken; sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 2 (4.8-oz) boxes angel hair pasta with herbs
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with seasoning and butter.
