Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain. Crumble bacon.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll dough, and press into a lightly greased, large rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 minutes. Spread teriyaki sauce over crust. Top with chicken, bacon, and cheeses.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Cut into squares.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg classic Iceberg salad mix
  • 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (3.5-oz) pkg wonton strips
  • ½ cup sesame ginger vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
