Crunchy Fish Fingers
Waffle Fries and Sliced Apples
Ingredients
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 lb grouper fillets, cut into 1-inch-thick strips
- ½ (8-oz) bottle ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together panko and oil in a shallow bowl. Stir together mayonnaise and seasoning in a large bowl.
- Coat fish in mayonnaise mixture; dredge in panko mixture, shaking off excess. Place on a lightly greased wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with ketchup.
