Grilled Greek Pork Chops

Grilled Asparagus with Tomatoes and Feta

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup tzatziki dip with cucumber and garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Grill pork 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done. Serve with tzatziki dip.

  • 2 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss asparagus with oil; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a platter, and sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.
