Banana-Nut-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (15.25-oz) box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two muffin pans with 18 paper baking cups.
- Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl; stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cake mix, chocolate chips, and nuts. Divide batter among 18 muffin cups.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
