Ingredients

  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (15.25-oz) box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two muffin pans with 18 paper baking cups.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl; stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cake mix, chocolate chips, and nuts. Divide batter among 18 muffin cups.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
