Baked Pork Chops with Guacamole
Citrus Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) bone in center cut pork loin chops
- 1½ tsp garlic salt, divided
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 (15-oz) container guacamole
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle pork on both sides with 1 tsp garlic salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Stir together guacamole, cumin, and ½ tsp garlic salt. Serve pork with guacamole.

- 2 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 3 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave sugar snap peas according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss until butter melts.
