Baked Pork Chops with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) bone in center cut pork loin chops
  • 1½ tsp garlic salt, divided
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (15-oz) container guacamole
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle pork on both sides with 1 tsp garlic salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
  2. Stir together guacamole, cumin, and ½ tsp garlic salt. Serve pork with guacamole.

  • 2 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
  • 3 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave sugar snap peas according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss until butter melts.
