Tomato-Pepperoncini Romaine SaladWine Recommendation

Ingredients
- 2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned.
- Transfer chicken to an 13- x 9-inch broiler-safe dish. Top chicken with marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
- Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncini
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
