Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Steamed BroccoliIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 (1-oz) slices deli ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 11- x 7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with ham and Swiss cheese.
- Whisk together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and blended. Pour over casserole; stir gently.
- Bake 40 minutes. Top with parsley, if desired.

- ½ Tbsp olive oil
