Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 (1-oz) slices deli ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 11- x 7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Top with ham and Swiss cheese.
  2. Whisk together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and blended. Pour over casserole; stir gently.
  3. Bake 40 minutes. Top with parsley, if desired.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt.
