Spiked Chocolate-Raspberry Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup hot brewed espresso
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tsp sweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a microwave-safe measuring cup at HIGH 1 minute. Carefully transfer milk to a large bowl; whisk until frothy, about 1 minute. Scoop froth off the top into a small bowl, about ¼ cup.
  2. Combine espresso, liqueur, and cocoa in a mug; stir until smooth. Stir in remaining milk until well blended. Top with frothy milk. Dust with additional cocoa powder, if desired.
