Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Add vegetables to skillet; cook 8 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and sauce to skillet; cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve saucy chicken and vegetables over rice; sprinkle with green onions.
