Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic herb spreadable cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and cook 6 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add cheese and ½ cup pasta water; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until creamy, adding additional pasta water, if needed, to reach desired sauce consistency. Add broccoli and pasta, toss.

  • 1 (10-oz) loaf frozen garlic bread

  1. Bake bread according to package directions, slice.
