Bourbon-Watermelon Slush
Ingredients
- 1½ cups cubed watermelon
- ½ cup sparkling water
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp bourbon
- Garnish: watermelon wedges
Instructions
- Place watermelon in a single layer on a small pan; freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Process frozen watermelon, sparkling water, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 old fashioned glasses. Stir 3 Tbsp bourbon into each glass. Garnish, if desired.
