Bourbon-Watermelon Slush

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cubed watermelon
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp bourbon
  • Garnish: watermelon wedges

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon in a single layer on a small pan; freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Process frozen watermelon, sparkling water, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 old fashioned glasses. Stir 3 Tbsp bourbon into each glass. Garnish, if desired.
