Double Berry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 3 blackberries
  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ Tbsp simple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp spiced rum
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup club soda

Instructions

  1. Add berries, mint, juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Top with rum and ½ cup ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously until very cold, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into an old-fashioned glass filled one-third full with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
