Double Berry Mojito
Ingredients
- 3 blackberries
- 3 raspberries
- 3 fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ Tbsp simple syrup
- 3 Tbsp spiced rum
- Ice cubes
- ¼ cup club soda
Instructions
- Add berries, mint, juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Top with rum and ½ cup ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass filled one-third full with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
