Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Sesame EdamameIngredients
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large cooked shrimp
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 6 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a medium bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Divide shrimp mixture, tomato, and green onion among lettuce leaves.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen edamame in pods
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
