Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined, large cooked shrimp
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a medium bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
  2. Divide shrimp mixture, tomato, and green onion among lettuce leaves.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
