Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup orange sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and ginger in a shallow bowl; whisk eggs in another shallow bowl.
  2. Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Dip coated chicken in egg, letting excess drip off; dredge in flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done and crisp. Drizzle chicken with sauce or serve with sauce for dipping.

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg broccoli stir fry
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in green onions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
