Ingredients
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup orange sauce
Instructions
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and ginger in a shallow bowl; whisk eggs in another shallow bowl.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Dip coated chicken in egg, letting excess drip off; dredge in flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done and crisp. Drizzle chicken with sauce or serve with sauce for dipping.

- 1½ cups long grain white rice
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (20-oz) pkg broccoli stir fry
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in green onions.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
