Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder 
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt 
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne powder 
  • 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp Sriracha
  • ¾ tsp honey
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine chili powder, onion powder, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub fish with seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until flakes with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl. Sprinkle fish with green onion, and serve with sauce.

  • ½ lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
