Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne powder
- 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp Sriracha
- ¾ tsp honey
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine chili powder, onion powder, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub fish with seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl. Sprinkle fish with green onion, and serve with sauce.
