Alfredo, Mushroom, and Spinach Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg cheese ravioli
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 2 small shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook mushrooms and shallots in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce and spinach; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Stir in ravioli, tossing to coat in sauce. Sprinkle with thyme.
