Easy One-Pot Pasta
Herbed BroccoliIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2½ cups less sodium chicken broth
- 1 (29-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ (16-oz) pkg bow tie pasta
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in broth, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.
- Stir in pasta; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired; sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 1 minute or until melted.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Toss with butter, garlic salt, and seasoning.
