Greek Tuna Steaks
Cucumber-Feta Orzo Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lb tuna steaks
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush steaks all over with 3 Tbsp oil; sprinkle all over with seasoning. Brush 1 Tbsp oil on cut sides of lemons.
- Grill fish, covered, 2 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Grill lemons, cut sides down, 2 to 3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
- Slice fish and serve with grilled lemons.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ cups orzo
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions. Rinse under cold water to cool; drain.
- Whisk together vinaigrette and lemon zest in a large bowl. Add orzo, cucumber, and remaining ingredients; toss.
