Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, halved
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed berries
  • 1½ cups low fat plain kefir
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Process avocados, berries, kefir, and flaxseed in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Stir in enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
