Creamy Avocado and Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed berries
- 1½ cups low fat plain kefir
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Process avocados, berries, kefir, and flaxseed in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
- Stir in enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
