Pesto Pita Pizzas
Ingredients
- 4 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds
- ½ cup refrigerated reduced fat pesto
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ¾ cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pita rounds on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
- Spread pesto on pitas; top with tomatoes and cheeses. Return to oven, and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
