Bacon Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 4 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers
- 4 ultra thin slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices lower sodium turkey bacon
- 4 (1.75-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 4 tsp organic unsweetened ketchup
Instructions
- Cook turkey burgers in a skillet coated with cooking spray according to package directions. Top burgers with cheese.
- Meanwhile, microwave bacon according to package directions.
- Serve turkey burgers on buns with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and ketchup.
