Ingredients

  • 1 (750-ml) bottle white wine
  • 2 (11.3-oz) cans apricot nectar
  • ¼ cup orange liqueur
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 1 orange, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • ¼ lb cherries, pitted and halved
  • ¼ lb figs, quartered
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh mint, leaves separated
  • 1 (12-oz) can sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine wine, apricot nectar, orange liqueur, and brandy in a large pitcher. Add orange, nectarines, cherries, figs, and mint. Stir and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
  2. Top with sparkling water just before serving.
