Santorini Sangria
Ingredients
- 1 (750-ml) bottle white wine
- 2 (11.3-oz) cans apricot nectar
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- ¼ cup brandy
- 1 orange, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- ¼ lb cherries, pitted and halved
- ¼ lb figs, quartered
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh mint, leaves separated
- 1 (12-oz) can sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine wine, apricot nectar, orange liqueur, and brandy in a large pitcher. Add orange, nectarines, cherries, figs, and mint. Stir and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Top with sparkling water just before serving.
