Sweet Spring Snack Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 cups corn cereal squares
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 (10-oz) pkg pastel miniature candy coated chocolate pieces
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter, covered, in a microwave-safe dish at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth; stir in vanilla.
- Place cereal in a large zip-top plastic bag. Drizzle in melted chocolate mixture; seal and shake bag until cereal is evenly coated.
- Add powdered sugar to bag. Seal and shake to coat. Add chocolate pieces and marshmallows. Seal and shake to coat.
- Spread cereal mix on a large pan to dry. Store in an airtight container.
