Barbecue-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ⅓ cup torn fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with basil.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped 
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper 

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook beans and corn in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Toss with green onions, salt, and pepper.
