Barbecue-Glazed Salmon
Sautéed Corn and Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup torn fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with basil.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1½ inch pieces
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper

- Cook beans and corn in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Toss with green onions, salt, and pepper.
