Ingredients

  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup ginger kombucha, chilled
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle Cava brut, chilled
  • Garnish: 6 fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Process peach slices and kombucha in a blender until smooth; strain.
  2. Divide peach mixture among 6 wine glasses filled half full with ice. Top each glass with Cava. Garnish, if desired.
