Peach-Kombucha Spritzer

Ingredients
- 1 peach, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup ginger kombucha, chilled
- 1 (750-ml) bottle Cava brut, chilled
- Garnish: 6 fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Process peach slices and kombucha in a blender until smooth; strain.
- Divide peach mixture among 6 wine glasses filled half full with ice. Top each glass with Cava. Garnish, if desired.
