Tomato-Green Bean Ravioli

Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions, adding green beans during last 4 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add ravioli mixture, beans, tomatoes, and olives; toss. Sprinkle with basil.
