Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions, adding green beans during last 4 minutes of cooking; drain.
  2. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add ravioli mixture, beans, tomatoes, and olives; toss. Sprinkle with basil.
