Banana Bread Pancakes
Sausage Links and Fresh Strawberries
Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 (24-oz) bottle pancake syrup
Instructions
- Stir together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together bananas, buttermilk, and melted butter; add to flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
- Spray griddle or a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; preheat to medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles; turn and cook other side. Serve with syrup.

- 1 (12-count) pkg fully cooked pork sausage links
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat sausage according to package directions.
- Cut strawberries in half to serve.
