Creamy Turmeric Chicken
Cilantro Cauli-RiceIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup less sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken and onion in hot oil 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in turmeric and garlic powder.
- Add broth and cream to skillet; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done. Top with cilantro.
