Sesame Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • ½ (13.5-oz) bottle sesame sauce, divided
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread chicken onto metal skewers. Brush chicken with sauce. Grill chicken, on lightly greased grill grate, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant brown rice
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sugar snap pea stir fry
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp less sodium soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil and soy sauce.
