Sesame Chicken Skewers
Brown Rice and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
- ½ (13.5-oz) bottle sesame sauce, divided
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto metal skewers. Brush chicken with sauce. Grill chicken, on lightly greased grill grate, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 cup instant brown rice
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sugar snap pea stir fry
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 4 tsp less sodium soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil and soy sauce.
