Buttery Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt 3 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pkg gnocchi, spreading in a single layer in skillet. Cook 8 minutes until crisp and tender, turning to brown on all sides. Remove gnocchi from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and gnocchi.
- Return all gnocchi to skillet. Add garlic, broccoli, and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
