So-Easy Barbecue Chicken and Biscuits
No-Boil Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup hamburger dill chips
Instructions
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Toss together chicken and barbecue sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH until thoroughly heated.
- Split biscuits. Serve chicken on biscuits with pickles.

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup less sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup elbows macaroni
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking constantly 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Cook 10 minutes, whisking occasionally, until slightly thickened. Stir in uncooked pasta and cheeses; cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 25 minutes; uncover and stir well. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until mixture is thickened and pasta is tender.
