Easy Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 red onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Stir together teriyaki sauce and ginger; brush over kabobs.
- Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 2 (10.8-oz) pkg frozen broccoli, carrots, sugar snaps and water chestnuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Steam vegetables according to package directions; stir in sugar and sesame oil.
