Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 red onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Stir together teriyaki sauce and ginger; brush over kabobs.
  3. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 (10.8-oz) pkg frozen broccoli, carrots, sugar snaps and water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam vegetables according to package directions; stir in sugar and sesame oil.
