Beef Ramen Noodles
Sesame-Ginger Salad
Ingredients
- 3 (3-oz) pkg instant beef ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
- 1¼ cups less sodium beef broth
- ½ cup less sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Discard seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add stir-fry mix to skillet; cover and cook 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger in a bowl. Add to skillet, and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and vegetables are thoroughly heated. Toss with hot cooked noodles.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg crispy wonton strips
- ½ cup sesame ginger dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
