Ham and Cheese Sticks
Parmesan Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 4 egg roll wrappers
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 mozzarella string cheese
- ¼ cup honey mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean flat surface. Wrap ham slice around string cheese and arrange in center of wrapper.
- Fold bottom of corner over cheese, and fold sides toward center over cheese; roll up. Moisten corner of wrapper lightly with water to seal.
- Place egg rolls, seam side down, on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Spray generously with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¾ cup long grain white rice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions.
