Ham and Cheese Sticks

Parmesan Rice and Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese
  • ¼ cup honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean flat surface. Wrap ham slice around string cheese and arrange in center of wrapper.
  2. Fold bottom of corner over cheese, and fold sides toward center over cheese; roll up. Moisten corner of wrapper lightly with water to seal.
  3. Place egg rolls, seam side down, on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Spray generously with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ¾ cup long grain white rice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions.
