Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 peeled pineapple, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
- 12 slices fully cooked bacon, cut in half
- 6 hamburger buns, toasted
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, separated into leaves
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Grill pineapple 2 to 3 minutes each side or until browned.
- Serve chicken, pineapple, and bacon on buns with mayonnaise and basil leaves.

- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
