Asian Barbecue Pork Medallions
Broccoli Stir-Fry and Fried RiceIngredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Cut pork into 1-inch-thick slices. Pound slices to ½-inch thickness between plstic wrap using a meat mallet. Season pork with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Grill pork, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done, basting occasionally with ketchup mixture.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
- 3 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce

- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cook stir-fry according to package directions; stir in soy sauce.
