Bacon Cheeseburger Meat Loaves
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Green BeansIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 (2.8-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir together ketchup and mustard in a small bowl; add 3 Tbsp mixture to beef mixture.
- Shape beef mixture into 6 little loaves and place on a wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet; spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaves.
- Bake 30 minutes or until no longer pink in centers. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup whole milk
- ⅓ cup butter
- ¾ tsp salt, divided
- ¾ tsp pepper, divided
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add cold water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain and return to pot. Add milk, butter, and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Mash to desired consistency with a potato masher.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; sprinkle with ¼ tsp each salt and pepper.
