Crispy Baked Fish
Dill Roasted Potatoes and Green BeansIngredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Season fish with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spoon melted butter into a second shallow dish. Dip fish in butter; dredge in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place fish in a single layer on a lightly greased wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 1½ lb red potatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper on a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.
- Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
